Service · Product Sprint
Six weeks from idea to something people can pay for.
A fixed price, a fixed date, and a real product at the end of it. Web and mobile, in the app stores, with accounts, payments, and the admin tooling you need to actually run it.

Overview
The expensive way to build a product is to spend nine months guessing. A Product Sprint compresses it: six weeks, a scope agreed in writing before we start, and working software in your hands every Friday. We cut features rather than dates, because a real product in six weeks teaches you more than a perfect one in nine months. We have done this for platforms that reached six million students and for solo founders who had a sketch and a domain name.
What's included
Every product sprint project includes
No surprise line items. This is the baseline for every engagement.
A scope document that says exactly what is and is not in the six weeks
One codebase serving web, iOS, and Android
Accounts, auth, and roles built properly the first time
Payments and subscriptions wired up with Stripe
An admin panel so you can run the thing without calling us
App Store and Play Store submission handled, including the review back-and-forth
A working build in your hands every single Friday
Analytics and crash reporting from day one, not bolted on later
Stack
Technologies we use.
Process
How we work.
No mystery. You know what happens and when.
Week 0: cut the scope
We decide together what the product must do to be worth launching, and we write down everything it will not do. That document is the contract.
Weeks 1 to 2: spine first
Data model, auth, and the core loop. The least glamorous, most load-bearing part of the build, and the part that decides whether month six is pleasant.
Weeks 3 to 5: surface
Screens, payments, notifications, admin. You get a build every Friday and your feedback goes into the following Monday.
Week 6: ship
Store submissions, production infrastructure, monitoring, and a handover walkthrough of the code and the admin tools.
Monthly plans
Ongoing support options.
If you want more than a one-time setup, we also offer monthly plans to keep things moving and performance improving.

Frequently asked
Product Sprint FAQ
What if my idea does not fit in six weeks?
Most do, once we cut it honestly. If yours genuinely does not, we will say so in the scoping call and propose two sprints with a real launch between them, rather than quietly starting a project that overruns.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes, for the scope we agreed in writing. If you want something added mid-sprint, we either swap it for something of equal size or quote it separately. The date does not move.
Do I get the code?
Yes, in your repository, from week one. You watch it get built. There is no handover where we finally hand over a zip file.
What if the App Store rejects it?
We handle the resubmission. We have been through the review process enough times to design around the common rejection reasons before they happen, and rejections that do occur are on us to resolve.
Can you work with my existing developer?
Yes, and it usually goes well. We are used to slotting into an existing team, matching their conventions, and leaving the codebase in a state they can carry forward.
