How quickly can we start?

Most projects kick off within one to two weeks of the discovery call. If you need something faster, tell us — we keep a small buffer for short-turnaround work.
Do you do fixed-price projects?

Yes. Almost everything we do is fixed-scope, fixed-price. You'll know the total cost and what's included before signing anything.
What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?

That's normal. The discovery call is built for this — we'll help you frame the problem and figure out the smallest version that's actually worth building.
Do you work with clients outside Wisconsin?

Yes. We're based in the La Crosse area but most of our work is remote. Time zones in North America are easiest, but we've shipped projects across the US, Canada, and EU.
Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, we sign mutual NDAs before any sensitive details get shared. Send yours along with your project note, or use ours.
Can you take over an existing project?

Often, yes. We do a short technical audit first so we can give you an honest read on what it'll cost to maintain, improve, or rebuild.
